Cat Alors!, small but memorable.
When I was a little girl, my grandma had a subscription to Reader's Digest Selection, and I loved the concept of guided discovery every month. So when I found an equivalent for sewing patterns, the “Bag of the Month Club”, I was excited to embark on the adventure.
There, I discovered patterns that sometimes inspired me, such as the “Au Compte-Gouttes,” and even became popular models (both for me and for you), like the “Nostalgie” model, which is now only available on full custom order.
This time, the model was riding the trend of “sling bags” but with a different twist in terms of shape and volume. It was ideal for showcasing my many cork scraps and highlighting a whimsical pattern scene from this scarf that once belonged to my mom. I had finally found how to use this unique strap that I impulsively purchased two years ago and kept until now. The “cat” sliders added a touch of whimsy that ties it all together.
The result is a clever little bag that doesn't go unnoticed.
