Its story
An opposition between modernity and tradition is expressed in this highly contrasting piece with shapes reminiscent of Chinese dumplings. The pop of almost neon pink paired with black leather, the very smooth tactile texture of the materials contrasting with the visually blurred texture of the wrap fabric, geometric cutouts in contrast to the overall organic shape, the Asian floral motif hidden behind lines that resemble TV screens lacking a signal... everything dissonates and yet everything resonates. Balance in oxymoron.
I received this fabric from a regular customer, and it remained silent for a long time. One day, the touches of neon pink discerned in the stroboscopic pattern called for an alliance with this piece of upholstery fabric that was waiting patiently for its turn. The last scraps of a high-fashion lambskin leather skirt balanced this duo.
This backpack model is a chimera, the result of an unexpected blend between two patterns I had set aside. The shape and proportions of a shoulder bag, the attachments, and the closure of a backpack.
It is slightly deeper and wider than a classic backpack and is equipped with magnetic buttons on the sides to make it more compact while facilitating access to its central space.
It has a comfortable handle and adjustable straps for easy and comfortable carrying, and its flap provides good coverage to protect its contents.
