This page only concerns purchases made on the Studio Créatif shop (already produced pieces). You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to withdraw from your purchase.

Custom pieces from the Bespoke Service are not covered: in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. For any question about a bespoke order, please use the contact form instead.
