"Intuitions" Range / Theme Heritage Evocation of the upcoming journey and the mysteries it will reveal. A practical and chic weekender bag.

Its story

This piece is ready to take off with its lateral “wings”, an evocation of the upcoming journey. Both chic and mysterious with its black and white ethnic signs and caramel base.

The body is partly made of “Krafttex”, an eco-responsible washable paper. Composed of cellulose, water, and latex, it has an appearance close to leather but stiffer, and it ages and softens over time. It's an interesting material that can be washed, ironed, painted, dyed, sewn, embroidered... and that I loved incorporating into several pieces after discovering it as an Interfacing in my favorite wallet model (the “En Ville”).
It is paired with a very soft 100% cotton wrap produced in very small quantities and impossible to find.

This pattern caught my eye with its original shape and seemingly small but actually very comfortable volume. Perfect for a weekend getaway, imagine yourself using it in the lovely little provincial hotel you've reserved for the occasion...

Where do the fabrics and leathers used in Studio CrĂŠatif pieces come from?

As a rule, these are never the fabrics you entrust to me for a bespoke piece: those remain yours alone. The only exception: sometimes a client explicitly gives me her offcuts and asks me to find them a new life elsewhere. In that specific case, and only with her agreement, they may end up in a Studio CrĂŠatif creation.

Outside of these particular cases, Studio CrĂŠatif pieces come from my own research: rescued leathers, fabrics found at flea markets or second-hand, dormant stocks from luxury houses, offcuts from high-end leather goods... I choose and combine them following my inspiration of the moment, with no specific order behind them.
