Features

These slippers (booties) are ultra-comfortable and stay in place.
In children's sizes, they will respect the free development of your little ones' motor skills.
In the high version, they are ideal for babywearing!

They are available in Sizes 25-47 (UE), 8-13.5 (US Children), 1-35 (US Junior), 5-14 (US Women), 6-12.5 (US Men).

Materials for the low-rise version

  • the upper (grey part) is in "personal" fabric, to be provided (or chosen from my fabric collection);
  • the back is in 95% certified organic cotton ribbing;
  • the inner lining is by default in fine and soft wool fabric, black;
  • the interlining is in 100% certified organic cotton fleece, or 100% local carded wool as an option (+ 4ā‚¬);
  • the outsole is either in certified organic cotton coated with natural paraffin or in polyester knit with neoprene rubber coating.

Materials for the high-rise (bootie) version

  • the exterior (grey parts) is in personal fabric, to be provided (or chosen from my fabric collection);
  • the inner lining is by default in fine and soft wool fabric, black;
  • the interlining is in 100% certified organic cotton fleece, or 100% local carded wool as an option (+ 4ā‚¬);
  • the outsole is either in certified organic cotton coated with natural paraffin or in polyester knit with neoprene rubber coating.

Price, excluding your fabric scrap, excluding options, and depending on size

  • low-rise version: from 125 to 135ā‚¬;
  • high-rise version: from 160 to 170ā‚¬.

Fabric scrap size (size 38)

  • low-rise version: 21x60cm/8.5x24in or 42x30cm/17x12in;
  • high-rise version: 55x92cm/22x36.5in or 110x46cm/44x18.5in.

What materials do you work with?
Your sentimental textile or leather is always at the heart of the project. For the rest:
  • Exterior (beyond the fabric you provide): by default salvaged leather (cowhide, lambskin, goat, pigā€¦); optionally: certified organic cotton canvas, cork on 100% cotton backing, Nisiar (grape marc "leather")ā€¦
  • Lining: 100% cotton poplin, cretonne or satin (organic where possible), 100% linen canvas, wool or wool-silk blendā€¦
  • Interfacings (by design): certified organic cotton batting, Decovil Light or Heavy, Texon, Jeffitexā€¦
  • Hardware: metal only ā€” gold, antique gold, chrome, gunmetal, antique bronze, copper/rose gold, matte black, rainbowā€¦ Special colours available on request (extra cost and lead time).
  • Handles & straps: leather, canvas, your own fabric (if enough quantity), corkā€¦ in simple or bi-material styles. Or pre-made strap in 100% organic cotton or polycotton, plain or multicolour, per brief.
What are the finishes?
For leatherwork designs, the exterior of your piece is cut according to one of three finishes ā€” each giving a distinct personality to your sentimental fabric:
  • Signature: organic, fun and full of life. The fabric pieces are cut in free shapes inspired by my visual identity. Perfect for small scraps, or for a piece that sparkles.
  • PlĆ©nitude: generous, rounded patches. The fabric fills the space with softness and serenity, for an elegant, calming result.
  • Contradictions: intermediate, straighter, more geometric shapes ā€” deliberately playing against the curves of the bag or wallet. An intentional graphic tension.
